Severe Weather Emergency Procedures

Attention

In the event of severe weather conditions, the following emergency procedures should be taken.

  • The Blake School will follow Broward County School District procedures.
  • If Broward County Schools should be closed due to a teacher workday, but The Blake School is not, adhere to the directions given for government offices.
  • If a storm “warning” or “watch” is announced in the middle of a school day, please come for your child as soon as possible.
