Severe Weather Emergency Procedures

In the event of severe weather conditions, the following emergency
procedures should be taken.

1. The Blake School will follow Broward County School District
procedures.

2. If Broward County Schools should be closed due to a teacher
workday, but The Blake School is not, adhere to the directions
given for government offices.

3. If a storm “warning” or “watch” is announced in the middle of a
school day, please come for your child as soon as possible.
